At Sharpe Construction we take more of a family approach with our crew. Maintaining a positive attitude on job sites is critical. Sometimes the work we do or the conditions we work in are not ideal, and yet our guys always seem to come to work upbeat with a good attitude and strong work ethic, day in and day out. We are a close-nit group that helps each other out both on the job and off.

Tommy Janelle

Undaunted by any challenge that comes his way, Tommy has a diverse and masterful ability in every aspect of construction. He has been with Sharpe Construction for five years, and has eighteen years of experience in the field.

Rich Mayne

​With fifteen years of experience in the field, Rich is dedicated and hardworking. He turns out quality work from framing to finish.

Randy Palmer

Randy has an excellent job site attitude and his carpentry expertise is far beyond his years! Randy has fifteen years of experience and has been with Sharpe Construction LLC for the last two. 

Dave Plankey

​Dave's twenty-two years of experience have led him to be an extremely talented finish carpenter capable of building stop-and-stare cabinets and finishing the most difficult of stairways. He has been a valuable part of the team for over ten years!

Mike Gilpatrick

​Mike is an experience Master Carpenter and job site foreman. Versed at all aspects of the job after more than thirty years of experience in the field, Mike has been an incredible asset to Sharpe Construction for over ten years. 

Jessye Bartlett

As our bookkeeper, it is safe to say that Jessye is the glue that holds us together. She can be easily contacted for any billing questions in our office, and she is eager to work with you to get you the numbers and reports you need to manage your project.
